How it works:
Yards to Gardens lets you share or find all things gardening. Whether you have extra space in your yard, extra tools in the garage, extra seeds or seedings, or just looking for a space to garden, Y2G makes it easy to share what you've got or find what you're looking for.
To post a listing just click on one of the categories to the right, enter the information requested and your listing will appear on the Y2G map. Create a listing:

Story Highlight:
"Through Y2G, I met Alivia and Sarah, who are planting a huge organic garden and giving me lots of fresh, organic veggies. We talked via email, then met for coffee, then they came over for dinner and we talked logistics. It was so much fun to meet like-minded neighbors, and I never would have met them if not for Y2G. I can't wait for all the veggies to start growing. I'm already calculating how much money I'll save at the grocery store. I'm a single mom and that will be a big help." - Linda
Now you can embed the Y2G map on your website!!
We've added the ability for other websites to put a version of our map of listings straight into their pages using an embedded iFrame. The process is simple, and gives you the benefit of all the tools that make Y2G a useful resource. You will need access to your page's HTML, a little elbow grease.
Embed an iFrame: All you do to embed Y2G is insert an iFrame with "src='http://www.y2g.org/embed.php'" into your web page. You will need to specify a height and width for the iFrame and our map will automatically fill it. For for optimal scale we recommend the iFrame be wider than 525 pixels.
